Address, token, transaction, and event search contracts are exposed without accepting live index mutations.

The Farcaster mini app route and manifest are available while accountAssociation remains blocked_external.

Explorer status directory

These cards expose discovery only. Live ledger reads, search, cache writes, wallet activity, realtime TPS, and rollback are disabled until strict live evidence exists.
